Re: My DIY Snakeroom. Work in progress.
Interesting choice to build it there. Good luck with the rest of the build.

Re: My DIY Snakeroom. Work in progress.
An update! Not a visible one for you guys, but a good one nonetheless!!
After paying 526$ For glass that was delivered in the wrong size, not properly sanded (And a week later than promised). They tried to make us pay for delivery, and would only refund 100,- for their own mistake. Luckily i kept record of every email send back and forth, and i could show them exactly what i ordered. When after ages of debating i threatened to get legal aid to get my money back, they reluctantly gave me all my money back if i gave back the glass.. No problem as long as they pick it up themselves, and they did! I am never ordering there again!
Today i found a different company, called them to order the glass, and i only had to pay 220$ and thats including the guiding profiles. Also, i ordered today and i can pick it up tomorrow, and the people were very nice to me. So i'm happy
So sad we aren't home this weekend, can't wait to continue!! but i'll be patient.. Now we can continue soon, once the glass goes in we can start making real progress!!

Re: My DIY Snakeroom. Work in progress.
I wish i had time to work on it this week, but very busy.. We were supposed to be much further ahead already. But without glass we couldn't do much, and now that the glass is here we have other priorities for a while.

Re: My DIY Snakeroom. Work in progress.
I can't wait to see the finished product, not sure what happened to your last collection but I'm going to make a small prediction here, over time it will become very large again, as reptile enthusiasts we just can't help but collect more

Re: My DIY Snakeroom. Work in progress.
I lost my snakes in a house fire starting in the neighbors attic, trying not to think about it too much..
I already got it figured out which (kinds) of snakes i'm getting, and building enclosures for them.. But i might end up squeezing a few more here n there. The next viv build is across the room from this stack, and it will be a 10*8ish foot viv for my mainland retic
