Re: King Snake hide pics?

In the wild, I always find small ones in stacked rocks about 8-12" off of the ground.

Re: King Snake hide pics?

i have a few of the half log hides, but mostly i just use large, heavy flat pieces of wood (i used to be able to get sawmill scraps at work), about 7" by 14" and less than an inch thick with irregular edges; whenever i am field herping i find snakes under flat things liek that so i figured they must be good for something!

I also use water bowls (like for a dog or cat) with a raised gap underneath that the snake can hide in. They come in different sizes; i got mine from kmart for less than 5$.
