Re: My Yellow Anaconda
Beautiful snake. Love seeing how big he's gotten. I miss owning one of these, they were just far too messsy for my liking.
Keep posting pics though I love seeing him.

I know what you mean, the green I was taking care of around 5-6' would pretty much piss every day leaving a huge amount of urates.

Re: My Yellow Anaconda
I never owned a green but I know someone who owned both. Said greens were far less messy. My yellow would never defecate on my or out of the cage, but a couple times a day would poop. And the poop is not like boa poop or burm poop, its a little more runny and smells horrible lol.

Re: My Yellow Anaconda
Mine only goes maybe once a week and the reptile bark really helps with the smell. Actually my BRB and White Lipped have the smelliest poop of all my snakes.

I'd soak the green I had in the bath tub for like 30 minutes a day and he would always puff his neck and hiss when I took him out. Never was I bitten though.

Yes he still mellow just get very flighty when out of the cage. When i take him out all he does is try to get right back in the cage. All my other snakes i have to fight to get them back in their cages. Not him i can be 3 to 4 feet away from his cage and he will just shoot out of my hands straight for the cages door.

Re: My Yellow Anaconda
I assume he is blue? Or is the flash fogging his eyes? If so be sure to post up the post shed shots.
