Re: What are your snakes doing RIGHT NOW?
Well, i looked in today to see if Genghis had shed, and by the looks of it, he's going to very soon!
He was moving around his cage bumping into things trying to find food (he should have eaten yesterday, i was waiting for him to shed)
So i picked him up, he didnt really care, just sat there (i figured he would try to run away, in which i wouldnt try to feed him, but he didnt care)
Look how blue he is!
darker (no flash) from the front:
needless to say, i plopping him into his little feeding tub (he usually eats in his cage, but i put it in there and I dont think he noticed the mouse..)
As soon as i plopped him in, i saw him smelling arond (blind as a bat probably!) and bam!
(no flash, didn't want to bother him while actually eating, so Its a bit yellow)
nom nom!
All tuckered out, time to go back to his hide (I turned on the whiter light in my closet rather than the one on my ceiling, i need to replace that thing lol!)

You know that when you post pre-shed pics, you owe us post-shed pics, right?

My Grey Banded King is in his hide, and he's currently in shed, i'm hoping Rocky is romancing my big girl Cleo, but i can't see anything, since they're "under the covers" so to speak, lol

Re: What are your snakes doing RIGHT NOW?
Mine are all snug in their tubs, digesting food, except for the 2 that didn't eat, but they're in shed.

Tubs rearranged his tub a little bit ago. I need to upload that picture.
The other two are digesting dinner.

Re: What are your snakes doing RIGHT NOW?
I'm not bothering Kaybe all that much these days since he's in breeding mode and not eating but here is what he's up to this afternoon:

Re: What are your snakes doing RIGHT NOW?
He finally shed a few days ago, a nice perfect shed!
He was being a little shy and found his way into my hat, apparently the "warm ear part" had a big enough hole in the stitching for him to slither into..
took me a few minutes to get him out, lol!
then he decided to go find more adventure..
