Congrats! His brothers and sisters were fed Sunday, and all of them were eager feeders!

Re: Introducing Wash - Brazilian Rainbow boa

Had Wash out to handle today and my husband got some pictures. He was nice and calm while we both held him for a bit. Hard to believe that Zoë was that small once! Didn't really realize how big she had gotten until you compare the two!

Re: Introducing Wash - Brazilian Rainbow boa

It's always amazing to look back and realize how much growth has happened. Like with kids, it's so subtle as it happens you almost don't realize....

Re: Introducing Wash - Brazilian Rainbow boa

Wash is being a bit of a poop, refusing several meals in the last month and a half, not sure what his problem is, except that he did go through a shed during part of the time he has been fussy. But he's still looking good, as can be seen in these pictures from this morning.

Re: Introducing Wash - Brazilian Rainbow boa

He's looking good, Charis! While not common, some babies will refuse during shed, even up to a week before. I have one right now that even refused a live rat pink due to being in shed! Check his conditions to make sure nothing changed, but othewise keep offering what he took before every week, and he'll eventually get hungry.

Re: Introducing Wash - Brazilian Rainbow boa

Yeah, I've been monitoring his temps with my temp gun, he has a very good gradient in his tub. Humidity is good, high but not wet. Not too concerned just yet. Be keeping my eye on him for sure though!
