Classifieds - Wanted Ad getting stuck at stage 2

I'm trying to post a wanted to ad in classifieds, but its getting stuck at stage 2, the dropbox doesnt seem to be populated with any options

I don't know if the process is different in the UK but when I posted for frozen rats yesterday I noticed that it had changed since I last used it. There's not a drop box anymore so what are you seeing? I just had to pick the section (job, community, personal) and then choose the actual post home (pets, volunteers). It might just be your internet though, you know how sometimes webpages don't load fully? Just try again in a while (:

tried a few times, and just now, i just get an empty drop down list on section 2/3
