Very hard to tell. My guess would be some type of rat snake. Or maybe a Pituophis?

Again these are just guesses.

LOL...none taken. I was waiting for a comment like that to pop up.

As others stated, it is a pretty low-quality photo. Turning my head to the side, I can barely discern a pattern, but it "looks like" a rat snake, probably either TX or grey (or possibly intergrade?).
