Some Thamnophis
some recent pics of my collection, Thamnophis eques obscurus and Thamnophis melanogaster canescens, these two species are from Mexico, rare in U.S. collections

couple from this year, Thamnophis cyrtopsis ocellatus(Kendall Co. Texas) bred by Ron Tremper, Thamnophis sirtalis pickerinhii "blue" bred by me and Thamnophis eques obscurus bred by me

Thanks,the obscurus are only found in Lake Chapala...canescens have a large range but my group are from lake chapala, lake cuitzeo and one other local that i cant remember off the top of my head

great pictures of beautiful wee snakes.....
Wayne was the first person to get me interested in garters...
i've still to find the finances to aquire some,Wayne even put me onto a breeder that live's a 20 minute drive from me,i think my wife would like to keep them,as her first snakes
