Indigo feeling blue...

While I was cleaning off his cage accessories in the bathroom, Jack just sat outside the doorway and watched me (assuming he could see.) He normally wanders down the hallway, but today, after crawling out of the bathroom into the hallway, he came back to supervise me.. ??

Are they as messy as their reputation tells them to be, poop wise? How often do you have to clean?

Thanks! Yes, they have very fast metabolisms, so they poop frequently and disgustingly. I probably clean his tank twice a week. I wouldn't put up with that with any other species, but indigos are incredible animals.

Yeah, I think I will learn to put up with it as well. I am almost 43, so may be a great gift for the big 45...
