Volcano corn
I recently found out about volcano corn snakes and that my friend Darren Boyd breeds them! He is the person who runs Reptile Rainforest. Volcano corns are in my opinion the most beautiful corns around! As a juvenile they are sort of like a dark oketee but as adults they look like the pic below. Reasonable price too! 50 bucks. I'm so happy .

Wow
Nice snake and amazing price!
I have I think two or three of his snakes! From Reptile Rainforest. I got them at reptile shows. All are amazing corns and larger than average IMO. My year old male was 42 inches!!!!!!!! I only fed him once per week too. Anyways cool snake!!!

That's one incredable looking snake! Do you have any info on the genetics?

Man, that red almost rivals a honduran milksnake! I'll have to look into snagging a pair of those this summer.

This is my Volcano I picked up at the November show. The pcture was taken when I first got her, by now she's grown like a weed. She eats readily, is active, calm and doesn't attack anything that's not food.
I can't wait for her to grow up and get her adult colours.
She's my second snake, so I'm still new at this game. I'm curious about the age that they start showing signs of the adult colouration. I'm assuming it comes in gradually, but when can you get a fairly good idea of what they'll look like?

Congrats on your new snake... that's the pic from Darren's photo gallery, isn't it?
I got my black pine Salem (see my avatar pic ) from Reptile Rainforest... she's awesome.
