How do you Start a Club?

Just curious, how does one go about starting a reptile club? I live in the Kamloops/Salmon Arm area, and there doesn't seem to be any clubs around here. Would appreciate any input for future use

I would say get some reptile people together and meet say.. once a month or so. Advertise too! We were thinking of getting one started around here, but it's a matter of getting time to do it.
