Henry and Terri...
What can I say that hasn't already been said? Absolutely FABULOUS show! I loved meeting everyone... old friends... new friends... there was so much to learn and see and DO there! I was absolutely floored that Terri actually made lunch for all the vendors! The signs were VERY visible and easy to read!
It was incredible to see the excitement and interest from all the "guests!" Everyone from the littlest kids to the adults were thrilled with all the tables and displays. What a wonderful sight to see all those people so interested in learning more about our wonderful reptiles, and various other "critters."
I could go on and on... but suffice to say this show is hands down THE best Reptile/Insect show I have ever had the priviledge of attending!
Kudos to Henry and Terri for all the hard work (and MONEY!) they (and all the others) put in to make this show an incredible success! Put me down for next year's show! I can't WAIT! If anything... it's gonna be bigger and better!
Take care

I just want to thank all the great Vendors and people who took the time to come to our first annual show. It was truly a success in every sense of the word. We had a great turn out all weekend long.
We will be having this show next year as it is already booked and we will be improving it in little ways.
Hey Ryan.. I just provided lunch. Not dinner :-) and dont start trouble.. theres no competition ;-)
Anyway I personally want to thank Leona for helping me at the door .. I couldnt have done it without you girl! Your Awesome!!
Thanks to Everyone who helped clean up and put away tables and chairs you guys ROCK!!
Thanks to Jason for all his support and money couldnt have done it without you!
and Lastly special thanks to my signifiant other who got up so early in the morning to drag us down to the TV and Radio Stations and talk to the people about the show.. Henry you are the best .. (the best part of the whole experience was seeing Henry squirm when the City TV Girls called him the Canadian Crocodile Hunter ) it was priceless!!!

I can see a friendly competition will start to emerge to see who can do more to improve the shows. I think Walter should do fire dancing - or hang heavy stuff off peircings.

Mmm, I don't know Ryan, the Pink Shorts were pretty impressive at the Calgary show! We should advertise that. May scare off more people than it brings though.
Glad the show was such a sucess!

LMAO Ryan, The food was great that Terri served up. Thanks once again Terri. I wont be serving lunch at the Red Deer show but I will still put on the BBQ. As for hanging things of piercings??????? I some how don't think so, I might serve you a bugger while wearing the pink shorts if you want or maybe just an apron???
Andrea I thought you were going to bring the lobster out here when you come for the show?
The show was great and hats off to everyone that helped out to put this on. I want to be the first to book my tables for next year. Mark me down for 3.

I guess that will make me second for booking for next year then? I'll take two tables again, thanks.
The show was extremely awesome for a first show, it can only get better.
I want to say thanks to EVERYONE that helped put on the show and all the advertising that was done for it was just outstanding, way to go everyone!!
I can't wait for next years show now, hey maybe I'll take three tables, umm well for now just two, shouldn't jump the gun on that just yet.o>

To state the obvious, the show was wonderful. You guys put on a slammer! Next year Tim and I will take 2 tables. It was, as always, great to see all the little guys and girls wanting to hold everything. A few adults even got the courage to hold a corn at our table which led to wanting to hold a larger ball python. Too cool We had a blast and it was great to see the Albertans too, as we don't get to often enough. Oh, and Bonnie, sorry Walter came home with so many leos...lol Next year will be bigger and better for sure and we look forward to the countdown!

Yeah, my bad, in Saskatchewan "dinner" is served at 12:00, supper at 6:00 - we don't eat lunch. At any rate, that was a very nice thing to do.

**** LOL!! Actually... you'll be third! I put in for a table or two next year already... before Walter!
While I'm not a big gecko person... you guys sure had some gorgeous ones! I sure was tempted a few times when I was at your table... but I prefer my lizards and snakes to be nice and big and thick.... hmmm.... oh now THAT sounds really bad. :P Oh well... I did think about getting a few things... but I'm glad I held off for now. Though I'm glad I got the different cockroachs and such...
Take care

ahhh You guys are really sweet :-) ~~~
So I am going to ask your expert opinion. I have an option of taking the same AgriGaller 44x78 or the Cadet Building which is 90x70 I could get 60-70 tables in there. Henry says stay where I was but I only get 38 tables in there? What do you think I should do. One of the set backs to taking the bigger building besides being more $$ is that we would not be able to get in there until 6:00 am Saturday morning which I think still gives ample time to setup. Or .. do I stick to the smaller building and set up that Friday Night? .. hmmm just asking for your expert opinions.. thanks guys
so do I stay the same? or go a little bigger??

Try one more year at the same place. If that goes well go to the bigger building. JMHO

Personally... check and see who is going to be coming next year.... and if there is a significant increase in the number of tables needed, then go with the bigger one. If not... stay with the smaller one.
How soon do you need to reserve the building?
Take care

Well I already have the same building reserved. The larger building is a hassle cause its Canada Day on the Friday making it impossible to get into that lower building (because of the Fireworks) that Friday evening. I think I will just sit tight and stay where we are for another year. So... onward and upward.. next Show July 2-3, 2005 same place.
