Talking It Finally Hatched!!!

Well after 72 days cooking my first Viper Gecko hatched. I cannot believe how small this little guy is, it's crazy :0 Of course I had to take pics of my first ever hatchling....

He's so cute
Something that size could be impossible to find in anything bigger than a deli cup. I've bred lygodactylus before, they hatch like 1" toothpicks with legs, and could escape through the gap between the tank and screen lid. Do vipers climb glass?

nope, they are desert geckos. Very similar to leo's in care, except 1/3 the size when full grown.

the best feature is their toes, they have tiny barbs' on the end and curl them upwards to walk. You have to see it to understand but it's nothing like I've ever seen before.

Poor little guy didn't make it he wasn't eating for some reason, Hopefully I'll have better luck with the next one.
