No eyes -- the one with eyes looks rather -- indecent. LOL  Without eyes, it's just a shape... WITH eyes, it strongly resembles a gingerbread man with his **** hanging down  Maybe I just have a sick mind -- LOL...

is it supposed to be a logo for something herp related?
im assuming so, since you have Canada herp under it
if so, i dont think it has anything to do with reptiles and probably wont serve its purpose very well for you
