Unhappy Trouble with feeding

Hi guys!
I am a new snake owner and need some advice with feeding my hatchling. When I first got my guy he ate the first pinky when left alone with it but seemed scared when I had it in my tongs. Shortly after that he shed his skin (perfect shed all in one piece) and obviously didn't take a meal during. I tried feeding him right after shed and he seemed scared of it again wouldn't even look in the same direction and did the same a week after his shed when I tried feeding again, this time didn't even eat when I left the pinky.
It's now been 2 weeks since he last ate and he's still not taking food. I have tried braining the F/T as well but still nothing.
His temps and humidity are good and he has 3 hides, a water dish big enough for him to bask in as well as substrate that he can burrow.
I'm just feeling very frustrated and worried about his health as well. Does anyone have any advice that'll get him eating?

I should mention he is otherwise in perfect health, very active bright colours and eyes.
