Frozen mice positioning?

Ok .. so I know this is going to sound like a total newbie question - but, before the snake that I own now I have always had the room/freedom to breed my own mice/rats and was able to feed live. I can not have mice where I am living now, so I have had to start feeding frozen.

Anyway - in this last pack that I bought I came across this

The hind legs are set all screwy.
I remember reading somewhere once that it is better for the snake if the legs are facing outward that way the claws (I know this is a pinky, and it doesn't really have "claws") have less chance of injuring the animal ..

Maybe I am crazy -
BUt it also looks to be in a really odd position for it to swallow anyway -

Will my snake have any problem eating it when it is in this odd shape ? is basically what I am asking.

a baby that small wont have claws yet, you are fine. for that matter i have never heard of this as an issue either even on larger rodents. my snake moves her prey around so much positioning herself it wouldnt matter how it was when she grabbed it

It's not a big deal at all. Once the prey animal is thawed out, it will be much more flexible, and your snake will have little or no (most likely the latter) difficulty swallowing it.

I've had all sizes of mice & rats come frozen into strange positions, and none of my snakes has ever hesitated or had a problem with eating them.

yeah just to clarify, you do have to thaw it completely and warm it up in warm water or the snake wont touch it anyways. im asuming you knew that but just to be sure

I do always make sure that is completely thawed out.

Thank you for the input c: I didn't really think it would be that huge of a deal, but I wasn't 100% sure, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
