Athena BCI

This is my BCI, This has been my dream snake for a while even when i was still afraid of snakes lol.. i dunno, im weird :P anyway.. She is about 3 1/2 ft long and is in a 3x2x2 glass tank. she will have her permanent home soon

IF in any of the pictures she looks kind of funny, It's just how the picture is taken.. She is completely fine and is a very sweet snake i love her

This is the night i brought her home

Re: Athena BCI

I'm a girl ..
And people have different opinions on weather you should feed inside or outside of the enclosure.. Until i see it stressing her out i will prob feed her outside of the enclosure simply because i feel more comfortable doing it that way. Once she gets full grown i might change it but until then.. both of my snakes get fed outside the enclosure. and they are just fine.. I dont feel like getting dirt and wood all over the mice so i like it better this way.

Nice boa, and with feeding its whatever works for you and your snake... I do think you'll change your mind when she starts putting on size lol.. Forget trying to move any of mine after food, they'd be latched on to me

Yea, there are a lot of different things that people say about stuff like that.. But i haven't ran into any problems yet *knock on wood* if i do run into any then i will reconsider my ways of feeding.

Nice looking BCI though. Hope she doesn't bite and constrict you one time when trying to put her back!
