Cryptid reptiles

So i have a thing for myths and cryptids- its more or less an obsession. I take the stories with a grain of salt however. What are some of the reptile cryptids you know of in your local area? From my experience in the south lizard man was kinda big. Supposedly half alligator half man, allegedly seen by many people. We all have probably heard about Nessy, Ogopogo, Illie, Tarpie, and Champ. What is in your area? Giant snake monster? Lizard men?

Back in my home town people SWORE there was a hog man and a bigfoot. People would actually get in groups and look for the thing :/ Dunno if they ever found the beast but they said it was killing their cattle. I saw one of the downed cattle. It died not by being strangled by bigfoot but by falling down an embankment and breaking its neck :I some people I swear.
