Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
not sure how you would work the husbandry, i keep my boas and condas pretty much the smae bar substrate and a bit of a humidity increase for the condas. Would be a bit of trial and error i would say...
yea i have no issues with hybrids like you say if they are labelled as such and also do not carry any neuro issues...

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
Those are pretty cool looking. Interesting how so many of them have a full stripe down their back.

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
Yeah I also agree with you guys about hybrids.
I don't know if theses are legitimate because their head structure looks purely boa constrictor, and I would wan't some paperwork stating that are anaconda x boa constrictor.

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
I'm having trouble making up on my mind on weather I like it or not.
Visually, I like pure anacondas more. I like pure boas more too. (snow boas >>>>>>)
But, if it colors out nicely (which it probably won't) an aqua boa would be cool...

^^^^^
if i was going to try and produce hybrids,i would.....
1.take pictures of copulation
2.pictures of the dam, laying eggs or live bearing (the boa soup)
3.then i'd take pictures of and sex each individual hatchling
4.i would give a copy of all of the above,to everyone who purchased a hatchling (with the specific pic of their hatchling)
cheers shaun

Yeah for 4,500 dollarydoos I want some birthing photos some documentation on the babies and the parents, and I want pics of of the parents while they are locked,
He didn't even say what gender was bred to each other.

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
Interesting looking, but for that kind of money, I would expect better pics, spelling, info, the whole deal.
Is that site a UK style Craigslist?

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
yeah i'm curious about the pairing. someone in the area should PM them! also who are they selling to? current snake owners, or newbies? saying "they bite but should calm down" was kind of weird, imo.
it's like, duh, it's a baby snake...lol

Re: yellow conda/boa hybrids...
Yeah, not really liking them. The two animals that were bred to create these are much more beautiful on their own, then these resulting offspring.
