That looked more like a Rock python i think than a Burmese. Which is worst yet because they are so much more aggressive.

It looks like a Burmese. African rock pythons have very different patterns than the Indian rock python or Burmese python. But the coloring of the head shows that it's a Burmese python. What I've noticed is that Indian rock pythons have a head that's different colored than the rest of the body, quite often. And the patterning on the sides is different than a Burm's, but this particular snake seems to have the Burmese python pattern. I may be wrong about my observations, but that's the differences I've seen between the two species.
