down at the river i found that the rain waters had uncovered a turtle nest so i snapped a few pics and softly covered them back up with sand



also a smaller water snake ready to shed

those jaws on that turtle,look like they'd give you a sore bite

it must be pretty amazing,having that kind of wildlife on your doorstep

i feel very lucky to have such animals at my doorstep :]
i think the bite would be very painful if it gets a hold of you.
not something i intend to test lol
