Cleaning question

So here is my set up for my burmese python. I have already made some changes. The Ceramhic heat emitter is being replaced by a radient heat panel today (out for delivery now). The bottom has now been replaced with a self adhesive tile and I will be caulking the entire inside as well.

Now my question is what do you guys do for disinfecting with they defecate? clean the inside with water/bleach? Use a basic cleaner like lysol etc.

Oh I have also covered the back right pegboard to help maintain humidity

thanks
