Just got this lil guy last week and had a nice day so took some pics was told he was a hypo salmon but think he may be an OT Salmon instead either way he's cute and gets alot of looks! -- I was told he will get a lot brighter and his pink shading will come out more as he gets older is this true?? I was just curious if he would turn out like a lot of hypos i have seen online that go from the grayish color to a more orangey beige as an adult...
The "Salmon" is a line of snakes who are hypomelanistic (low melanin- the pigment that is responsable for the color black). To be a salmon means lineage can be traced back to the "salmon" project. Look around Salmonboa.com. Orange Tail is also line of hypomelanism but im not really familiar with them other than they are another line of hypos.
