Crap!
My dad came down sick Sunday and now I just woke up with a sore throat this morning ugh.

Feel better soon!
A few home remedies for a sore throat...
- warm milk with honey; it'll coat your throat and help it quit itching
- orange juice, or EmergenC powder, for vitamin C

I drink a green tea, pretty much every 2 hours all day and that usually leaves me feeling 90% better by the next day

Thanks everyone. I have been sucking on Ricola lozenges and vitamin C drops all day. I'm eating some chicken and noodle soup right now.
