Little problem?

My Banana California King has a habit of climbing and also falling ALOT. Today I noticed he had a dented head scale from one of his falls. Is this something I should be concerned about, or will it work it's way out with a shed or 2?



It didn't actually break through were there's exposed skin, just dented and creased his scale. Thanks for any help.

If it didn't break the skin, it should go away with the next shed.
