Interesting color change in male Ball Python
Just thought i would tell of an interesting sight i saw very early this morning when i came home from work. After getting settled, i went to check in on my snakes, and i noticed my Male Ball Python Siegfried was out and about,so i went in for a closer look, and i noticed his color seemed dramatically lighter, in fact, he literally looked like a different snake. The color can only be described as a very pale grey, with a touch of green. I wish i had taken a picture of it, because this afternoon, he is back to his normal color.
The only thing i can relate this to is when a female Ball "Glows" prior to ovulation. Has anyone had this happen before?

Not personally, but it sounds awesome! Wish you'd gotten a photo of it. Maybe the same thing will repeat itself? Keep a camera on hand just in case

Check on him early every morning and see if you can get a picture if he does it again. Maybe it something like when BRB White wash at nights. I would love to see a picture of it. Or maybe it something like when a Diamond python Blushes. It diffidently sounds cool.
