Humidity in BP Viv
Any one have any ideas how I can get my humidity in this Viv to go and stay around 50%? I spry 3-4 times a day, but within a hour its back to about 25%. I also have a live Snake Plant in the Viv 
If i put a fogger in warm side of viv will that help me?

Hard to tell from pics but is it open right up to the top section where the lights are or is there a false "ceiling" inthere?
If it is open then most of the humidity is gonne be lost cos of the height of the tank, tho saying that my GTP viv is 3ft tall and we only spray twice a day to get it up to 80%.
We use reptibark as a substrate which does absorb moisture and then slowly release it which keeps the humidity up for a longer period........

This viv is 3'high x4'wide x 18"deep, there is just a screen between the lights and the living quarters of the viv. I normally have bark mulch in the base, but due to a wound at the moment, I have only newspaper to avoid bedding from getting in the wound. (never feed live to ur snake!!!)

The screen is letting all your humidity up out of the main area - BIIIIG bowl of water under the light may help

what I did was put some aluminum foil on the screen and cut out holes for the lights to shine through.

they work well? that was the idea i was thinking  how much of a boost do they give to humidity? Got any pics so i can get some ideas ?

sure mine are set on medium on timers that go on every hour for 5 minutes, it maintains a constant 50 - 60 humidity, when in shed i bump them on high. Don't use tap water.

What kinda of water should I use? how many do you have in your viv? or how many shoud i have in my 3'x4'x18"

I can't re call why, but use distilled.
Here are some pictures of how I keep humidity in my custom enclosures (Wood)
..Excuse the Double Barrel 12g in the bottom corner lol

regular tap water has additives for humans, I just fill gallon jugs at the grocery store, they should have jugs there for you.

Your issues:
1. Your tank is 3 times taller than it should be.
2. You use a mesh top. Ditch it.
3. Get rid of the heat lamps. UTH's do work on wood.
4. Use a substrate that holds better humidity.
