My ij jag color change so far...

Just thought I'd show the color change my ij jag has gone through in the past seven months. It just amazes me the color change carpets go through. The first pic is in January when I first got him. The second pic is him in May and the third pic is him last week. I can't wait til he gets even bigger. Enjoy

Re: My ij jag color change so far...

Yea when I was holding him at the show I got him at, he bit me and that was it. I had to have him. He has a little size to him so I think he's starting to feel more comfortable with being held and stuff. Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Re: My ij jag color change so far...

Thanks Shaun. He was produced by Jon Webb of MoreilaGold Inc. He's a new breeder here in FL. I know they color up nice but I'm amazed at how much he's colored up in such a short time. I really hope he keeps getting brighter.

Wow, he is awesome....I can't get over that extreme color change. He's almost blindingly yellow now.

Re: My ij jag color change so far...

That's insane! I've gotta start taking progress pictures as Sally grows up. Right now she's 2 months and yellowish at the front and bright orange (like halloween orange) towards the back, color changes just like yours does.

Re: My ij jag color change so far...

Jon told me the thing to look for is to see if they have a yellow head when they still have their hatchling colors. You can see in the first pic he has a light head so I guess its true. I'm more than happy with him.
