Re: Omg help!!!!
I am just wondering why were they even in the same tank temporarily? If you are really worried about them and want us to tell you what to do some pictures of their injuries might help. If there are no injuries that we can see why not take them to a vet or call a vet to see what their opinion is.
Also are you sure they weren't trying to mate? Were they the same sex for sure or do you not know for sure?

Re: Omg help!!!!
I would wait and see if the jaw goes back into place. If he took a bite at the other one it might go back on it's own....like after a feeding. What makes you think it's broke, just because it's hanging a little?

Re: Omg help!!!!
Sorry to hear that wasn't the case. I'd wait a while and see if the jaw goes back on it's own. Then (depending on your snakes temperment) Gently palpate from head to toe to see if anythings REALLY out of place. I'm going to bed. Good luck.

Re: Omg help!!!!
Well that is lesson learned! Leave the snake and he will re align his jaw. It can take some time so don't panic..

Re: Omg help!!!!
Sounds like it was two mature males combating. Which is what happens when they are placed together, even for five minutes. Did they bite each other? Were they striking at one another?

Re: Omg help!!!!
Good thing it is over now and when you check them later feel for broken ribs. This may not be easy to tell but try to slide your fingers over each side to feel any indentations. If you hit a spot and they jerk then examine it closer.
Did they release on their own and how long did it last? Oh, and what size are they?

Re: Omg help!!!!
Why empty both tanks at teh same time - why not take one snake out, clean the cage, put snake back and then do the same with the other one? Seems daft to do both at same time?
