can snakes see coloured lights

hi all, im just wondering if snakes can see the coloured heat bulbs as coloured light or do they just see the heat signature

I know that snakes cannot see in the red spectrum which is why heat lamps you use for night time is red hued rather than the normal color in bulbs. And I bet they can see some sort of color...it is just what depth that color takes.

This. also, how are you planning on installing the lights. And why lights over other options, just curious.

Depends on what kind of snake some see no color and others see in varying spectrums.

I think it might be more of just a general curiosity question rather than something that has any real purpose
