Fishing ???
Ok so who here fishes and if you do then what was your best catch ?My best catch would be a 20 pound Spotted Sea Trout

70 pound yellowfin tuna, But I'd prefer to catch a 5-10 pound bass anyday

The key to walleye is cleaning and filleting them right away. Then put them on ice till your ready to cook them. Keeps them tasting a lot fresher. Plus they have more flavor. ![Smilie](http://www.ssnakess.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif) Now i am hungry for some fish.

I have some rainbow in my fridge right now. My fave was a beauty 13 inch brook trout. They taste better then anything.

Ddint get a chance to weigh it (had no scales with me) but i was reeling in a smallish fish and a River Pike took it - thankfully i was using heavy gear borrowed from a friend. Reeled the pike in and it was about 3 foot long and was pretty heavy to lift!
