Cage building Idea?

...Diary of a first time cage builder.

Ok, her's the idea, as i am about to get started on my new cage for my old ball python (Monty) I will post my steps taken with materials used list and such.

after each sequience we can discuss what I did wrong or right, and other alternatives. (please do not get upset if your advice is not taken as there would be a reasion) then at the end we can have someone edit the entire post (spelling, grammer and removing unnesessary stuff) ending up with can be the...

Idiots Guide to Enclosure Building. and have it as a referance page for future cage builders.

Well what do you think?

i think

That's a good idea although its hard to have a all around cage building plan for everyone because everyone has different needs but I would enjoy reading each installment of your "trip" lol. I really liked Shane's ten gallon tank one last year.

True, however it would be easy to change the sizes and alter the cage to fit your specific herp ...and budget

I like the idea but also agree that custom enclosures are just that...custom. Every one is different.

I would really like to see your step-by-step though and I have no dought that it will help others....so go for it.

If you can, take LOTS of pictures.

I started yesterday- I am taking pictures however there was not much interest for a "Play by Play" so I will just post the pics with some detail when I am finished

Thanks
