Re: omg, the cuteness!
I must admit that is quite adorable!
I've almost convinced the girlfriend into letting us get a lizard...this may do the trick

i enjoy reptiles for pets because they are so low maintenence.
i have my yellow lab that is attached to my hip and comes with me almost EVERYWHERE, then i have 2 snakes and a gecko at the house that just hang out lol; a nice contrast.
my friend has a big red eared slider turtle that is housed in my snakes old 40 gallon tank, and she's seen me getting all these free animals from CL and she was like take the turtle!
i told her NO WAY! lol. every animal i've gotten (2 snakes and a gecko) sit in their cages and i can choose to take them out when i feel like and they remain relatively low maintenence. the turtle needs his tank cleaned ALL the time, and he eats like a PIG lol. as far as reptiles go, he's high maintenence!!!!!

Re: omg, the cuteness!
I can't wait until we get some leopards. Husband said the other day that when a tank in the house clears up we would be getting one or two. They are fun lizards to be sure.

Re: omg, the cuteness!
he is super easy and cute, and he sleeps more then any animal i've ever known lol. the only thing that is annoying is the crickets!! i would suggest dubias like wayne lol.
i put a few into the gecko tank and he hunts them and then i take the rest in the cricket box and put it outside in the closet on the outside of my house so i don't have to hear CHIRPING alllllll night long lol.
i made the noobie mistake of putting too many crickets in the other day and he didn't eat them all, so it was CHIRP CHIRP CHIRP all night long lol. (won't make that mistake again)
