tattoo help..
Hey everyone, I've been planning my snake tattoo for a while now, and I'm going to start getting something drawn up. The only problem I have is can't find any good snake pics on the internet to use just for reference and all my pics of mine arnt working either. I want to be clear that I will just use the pics (if I do) just for reference. Example: just for a certain pose...or angle. I won't be doing exactly the same as the pic, just a reference, I will he getting the exact color of either my ball, or brb still not 100%. Also don't advise me of getting a tattoo bc I am 24 and can make my own decisions any way thanks in advance to who all help me out with pics.!!
Also ill be getting this on my right ARM as a half sleeve along with a cross, so any thoughts in arrangement would he nice too
Thanks

Re: tattoo help..
That tat is really cool!!!
Think you will find that most tattooist have old school standard tats of crosses with snakes wrapped around them, should be able to adapt one of those to what you are looking for. Don't forget to post some pics!!!

Re: tattoo help..
I've been planning to get my Green Tree Python tattood on my thigh. Since he has so many cool poses (hunting pose) and can twist his body all kinds of ways, It was really hard to get one or two pictures that could actually capture his essence. So I asked my tattoo guy if I could just bring him in. He's still kinda small so I brought him in the shop and put him on a banana hanger. That way my tattoo artist could observe him for a minute and draw something up.

Re: tattoo help..
If you want some reference pics go to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket my username there is GONESNAKEE & I have tons of snake pics all in labelled folders by species etc.
Lots of reference if you want it anyhow, Mark
P.S. if you go to a Tattoo Artist, not just a Tattooist they will be fully capable of drawing up whatever you want based on the references you provide for them, if not you are at the wrong shop, talking to the wrong person

Re: tattoo help..
This is an old picture of my tattoo and not a great one. Still holds a lot of the colour. Might get an idea from it.
