Switching a water snake from fish to rodents?

I have a northern water snake and I currently feed her koi, but I want to switch her to rodents. Any suggestions on how? I've read mice are more nutritious, don't have to be fed to the snake as much, and makes their feces smell less.

Try rubbing the rodent with fish?

I started slow with mine, I put 2 or 3 pinkies in the water bowl with some live fish.

then I scented the pinks with fish, and now he grabs the pinks off the hemostat without any scenting.

Judging by the size of your big Bertha, I bet you could get her to take rat pinks no problem.
