Does anyone have a good template for recording snake feeding information? What sort of info is good to keep a record of? How often? etc

My fiance made up a good feed/shed/poop chart using Excel. I don't have the template on my computer as he made it at work and just printed it out. But we feed every other week, so here is the design:

Each snake gets a row, and we have a column for shed, and then columns for each feeding (3 per sheet) followed by a column for poop (3 per sheet). Each sheet lasts a month or month and a half, depending on how the feedings fall that month.
