Another shed question

Once they have actually started shedding the skin. How long does it take, on average, for a BP to shed? I'm assuming it would vary depending on size etc...10 min,1 hour 2?

Re: Another shed question

It depends on the snake I think, but it should be off by the end of the day. It can take them several hours; it requires a lot of energy on the snake's part and they don't just rush through it usually. I've had snakes shed from head to tail in half an hour (but they were little babies) but I've had my larger pythons take hours. Most of the time, mine shed during the night so I usually don't get to time it.
