Hi, I have a red eared slider that I recued and I am looking for an experienced committed home for him. New home needs to be as close as possible to Sussex New Brunswick as the turtle has already been through enough trauma. Turtle is about 5.5 inches long, a male I think although I am no expert and appears to be very healthy. Turtle is free to anyone experienced who has the correct set up to take care of him properly. Would be nice if he went to someone who has other sliders for company.
Too bad you live in NB, I'm in ON and I know someone who has a huuuge RES rescue pond and he actually has space, doesn't happen often. RES are one of the most thrown away reptiles...terrible. I hope you find a great home for the little fella.

Hi Jess, what a bummer, I have two friends that have recently driven to Ontario from NB, not sure where though. I have a pond myself on my property but of course he wouldnt survive the winter being tropical. I am getting very attached to him as he is getting quite tame, wish I could keep him but I have to go back to the UK in 4 weeks. Thanks for your interest.
