safe to feed?

When I went to thaw one of the mice that I had bought at the store the other day, I noticed that one of them had what looks like a growth or something on the side of his neck. Maybe it was just the way that he was frozen, but it doesn't look natural. Is it still safe to feed this mouse to my BP, or should I just chuck it out? I haven't yet, because I was worried about whether or not it would be ok to feed it to Xander, if it actually is some kind of physical deformity or something...

Thanks guys
Jen

I have and know many ppl who have fed rodents with tumours and deformities before and i have never ever heard of a problem due to it .. I would just make sure to freeze them b4 in case ..
