Question Help Needed With Heating in a new cage!

I have a Almost 2yr old Albino Burmese python (around 9 feet and growing) and shes despritely needs her new cage... problem is her cage is curing, and a heating source despritly needs to be determinded.

Her new cage is a 144in. Long X 36in. wide x 30in. High. Its contructed out of 7/16 particle-board w/ 2x4 Wood framing for support. it has twin 72in. doors with locks. 1/2 in High denseity Foam Insulation on underside(the type with aluminum foil). No vents are planed due to low humidity
where ilive (Albuquerue, NM) and its coated with two coates of primer inside and out, Caulked with Elastomeric GE, and a final thick coat of Rust-olem Water-based 2 part epoxy inside and out. There also is a kidney shaped 50 gal pond thats heated, filtered, styrleized,And a fogger (for extra humidity and also cotrolled) on cold side.

I contacted Bob pound @ pro-products and he said a PH-23 280wt 24x36 Heat Panel Would work but... 299.95 + Thermostat,Rheo, Controll..Ect.... is a little pricey and would it work?

My Final plans were to use a Ph-23 Pro-heat and a Helix DBS-1000 Controller W/Nightdrop Via Tmer. But i looked at Helix and thought maybe a lage panel and a heat mat between the foil-foam and cage would work too. anyways i need some help because i have never heated a cage this big and I want to try breeding her later. So i need to have persice control and low operateing cost would be great plus.

Can anyone help??

Thank you Switch.

Ps: ill try getting some pics of the cage on here soon....
