first, your pics have to be posted somewhere that will allow you to link directly to them (the photo galleries on the site, I use Imagestation.com, printroom.com, to name a few)...
Second, you want to right click on the picture in question, and go to properties, and copy and past the "http" link in there.
Next, go to your post, and type into the main reply box:
[ img ] paste link here [ /img ] ... but without the spaces. You can do that several times in the message, thus allowing you to post several pics in the same post.
