i think a snake will soak as long as it feels it needs to soak for but i also think that an unusually long soaking snake may be something to start thinking about.
if you personally feel that shes in the water bowl just a little too much then you may want to double check your husbandy such as temperature and humidity, maybe even how much security the hides provide and if everything seems to be fine then double check for mites.
if everything is fine and you have not had and cant find a mite problem then i would say let the girl soak.
Check husbandry as suggested. Temps could be too hot, could be mites, could be not humid enough or in all liklihood just due to the snake shedding. Mark
