Rough scale not feeding

I just adopted an adult pair of eryx conicus. I moved them into a wrack, with identical husbandry as given previously. I let them settle in for a few weeks and they still refuse f/t, live and f/k prey. I know they can go a while without eating, just i find it odd that they are big fat and healthy, but now refuse to eat. They did experience a cold spell, however once i got them home, i warmed them back up slowly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
