taming your snake too much...
hi all,
humble nug wish to ask a amateur question...
handling n play around with your snake...does it will cause :
1.the male would chick out when meeting the awaiting female when breeding ?
2.explore the "gayism" in the male ?

sorry bout my poor english guys...
erm...
the more aggressive frightens the less aggressive individual into non-performance....(breeding)
I mean by ... should the snake became too tame(by frequent handling)will it affect the performance... ?
I know nutz bout it guys....pls advise
sorry...I am very new to the breeding stuff...so...maybe It's a stupid quesiton afterall....

The amount of aggressiveness in a snake or lack of, has nothing to do with its breeding potential, Mark

speaking of breeding reptiles... im thinking of breeding Leopard Geckos and my mom says i can but we both still gotta ask my dad. ive done all the research in the world for this and i think im up to it! and my last question is... do you need a license to breed Leopard Geckos? once i know this you might see me next with some pics of baby leos

Actually, it depends on the snake. If handling it causes undue stress, the animal will be less likely to breed. If you can't tell if your animal is stressed by handling, then it's best to leave it alone.

Yes good point, leave the breeders alone during the season is the best bet depending on the snake(s). Mark

Herpkid101x, no you don't need a license to breed species in the pet-trade.
Maybe some species on the endangered list, but those wont be common.
