need humidity

I need to set up a humidifier in my cham room. should I use warm or cool mist?

Warm if you have panthers, veileds, senegals, and other heat loving ones.

Cool if you have montaine species, jacksons, fischers, quadricornus, montiums.

Cool if you have pygmies.

Id go cool all the way although a cool mist can lower your temp a bit i think they work and last and are better all around, geting a ultrasonic cool mist is the best IMO.

i use warm.. it helps with my temps.. so i say.. winter.. use a warm setting summer use a cool one... i only use warm though.. works fine for me...
