I paid $100 for the one I had in the U.S,, but I strongly discourage anyone getting one. They are extremely difficult to keep and stress way too easy and go on hunger strikes. If you are experienced in herp care and determined to get one, buy from a reputable dealer and make sure it is captive bred. Be prepared for heartbreak. If you want a nice cham for an affordable price, get a young veiled.

Jackson's in Canada can be bought from 150$-200$, I bought a 4 month old about 2 years ago for 200$ and it died in nine days, the seller only refunded me 50$ even though it had an eye infection when it got here.

Try to buy from a local breeder (Toronto shouldn't be hard) and go pick one out yourself. Buy them at no younger than 6 months of age, they are very delecate before that age.

I dotn know any sources to get one i know there was someone importign them last year, Those prices sound right for canada lol, If getting a CB (good luck finding one lol) make sure its at least at a minimum 3 month old and see the baby b4 you buy look for a chubby full eyed little man, If you find a WC witch is more likly some extra initial care will be needed, the trick with montain species is keepign them cool and hydrated they are much different in needs then a veild/panther. there are some articles on chameleonnews.com about acclimating and some montain profiles that will help. as well read all the different care sheets out there not all are perfect so the more you read the better. I would not say these chams are hard to care for but they are harder then the more common veilds and panthers, you just have to understand there different needs.
