Pyros - Applegate Special Project

And here is the result of my Pyros het/Applegate male x het/Applegate female. As you can see from these photos, about 4 eggs are good, I'm certain that 1 is a slug and 3 are still hard to tell for sure.

Of those 4-7 eggs, I should get about 1/4 of Applegate Special and 3/4 of 66% possible het/Applegate...

For those who've never seen an Applegate Special, you can check on Mr Applegate website on http://www.applegatereptiles.com/spe...legatepyro.htm . Just don't forget to put on your sunglasses before looking at his specimens...

The 3 on the right/top side are all no good. Once they got that wet slime look they just rot. The other one on top on the 3 is an obvious slug also & I would remove that one for sure as to not promote mold growth on the ones below it. Like you already said looks like 4 good ones. Good luck on the odds working out for you properly & getting at least one "Special" hopefully more. Good to see another Pyro breeder out there. I have 6 knoblochi eggs currently incubating (Tarahumara Mtns). Good Luck with yours, Mark
