Where to buy turtles/tortoises in Toronto

Hi, I am new here.

I just wonder where I can buy turtles or tortoises in Toronto or surrounding areas.

By the way, can someone tell me what does the number means, when a person is posting something like this:
"1.1 Red foot tortoise, 0.1 Russian tortoise..."

Thank you

Canzilla i have been looking for turts in ontario for about a month now. I am having great difficulty. If you want RES you will not have too much trouble, but anything else seems to be tough. Let me know if you find anything.
