my boa is not sheding in a complete shed can some one help me plz

It's not a huge deal. What are you housing him in? If its not a rubbermaid, place him into a smaller container and mist it like crazy, with the heat pad underneath. Leave him in there, maintaining the humidity, until you are able to gently peel off the extra skin.

Next you have to look into why this happened, most obviously too low of a humidity. Especially during a shed, you are going to want to maintain a high humidity to aid in shedding.
