Have you given her a bug slurry and if so, did she eat some? Why a vet appointment in a week? I recently acquired a fattail and she was doing the same thing, not eating and very bloated. I took her to the vets, they did exrays and discovered she was impacted. Numerous enemas, two sets of exrays and numerous trips and she still isn't doing so great. The key point is: if you think she is sick, she needs to see a qualified person, namely a vet.
My recommendation is to seek a vet asap if you are so worried.
